And thus, the long-awaited Wind Waker-style PoA play (or at least the poster of it) has finally arrived~! Imagine this as the flyer that Amy and co. pass out to everyone in the kingdom of Aether...okay, so maybe the art wouldn't be *quite* this good, and it would actually have a defined date when the play takes place, but you know what I mean. 

For those who don't know, the idea to come up with a play using PoA characters was thanks to StineBat47, Dark-Dullahan, and me several months ago, and we pretty much decided who would play which roles back then already (with some switcharounds to compensate for the fact that some people we chose had left the group by now). We thought about doing a massive collab comic, but then quickly realized that it would never get done. So then a few months later, I came up with the idea that it could instead be an RP series that ties in with Amy and Ryoshi's character development, and here you go!

As for the actual play itself, me, Dark-Dullahan, and ChicoChikorita were the ones who RPed it out due to our three characters having the biggest roles and/or most lines. It's so huge that we had to split it into two acts! Act 1 will be released later today (along with the official script in my scraps), and Act 2 will be released a few days from now after we check it over one last time. It was also a ton of fun for me to figure out how to ink and render (not necessarily pencil, hahaha) in the Wind Waker style.

The Hero of Winds - Act 1This was it. The night of the debut performance of The Hero of Winds and the Magical Conductor's Stick.
It had taken a few months to get all the kinks worked out, for everyone to memorize their lines, and for all the stage sets to be painted. And there were a lot of them, for sure! As the sun had just hit noon, with no shadows in sight, all the seats in the audience were jam-packed with everyone of the kingdom of Aether, including even Amy's tribe, as well as King Alaric and all of the royal guard themselves! With such a large audience, the ticket sales had gone off the charts, so at least all the actors would be well-compensated.
Though of course...then that meant they had to live up to the audiences' expectations, too.
Behind the stage, just on the side of the cliff before the ocean, every single actor for the play was gathered in a circle. Many looked nervous, while some looked pumped, yet all were more or less determined to make this work. And heading it all was a single Jigglypuff   The Hero of Winds - Act 2Wheeeeeeeeew!
As soon as the curtain closed in front of Amy and the illusions were dispelled around the audience outside, she could finally relax as she sat down on the ground to catch her breath. It had been apparent that she had been going at 100% energy the whole time, dashing around the stage and shouting out her lines with as much vigor as she could, so that when Act 1 was over, she then realized how tired she really was because of it.
She looked to everyone else, who seemed to have a lot more energy; at least for those who didn't have much to do. Solum was sitting there, flipping through the script for his lines in Act 2, while the backstage crew ran outside to fix the broken stage thanks to the Tower of the Gods and Jabun's cave. And of course, the only who was about as tired as her, if not more so, was Ryoshi himself.
Ryoshi flopped down beside Amy, both of them breathing rather heavily. True, he didn't have anywhere close to the number of lines as the Jigglypuff did (Heck, he
