I’m doing all three Merchant missions this time:

MAIN MISSION
Part 1
-Retrieve letter of good intentions from Shroomsworth --Complete!--
-Head to Sapling Village either via Creeping Forest or via the skies with Barty --Complete!--
-Arrive at the closed library --Complete!--

SIDE MISSIONS
1) Collect medicine from the doctors --Complete!--
Distribute to Tao Village and/or Tao Ranch --Complete!--

2) Accompany Rhodes into Creeping Forest, which is now snowed over --Complete!--
Recruit ex-gang members to join the Merchants if at all possible --FAILED--
Don’t let the Rogues recruit the members into their guild, if you see them --Complete!--

Part 1, Page 11 of 11. With the combined stresses from PK ordering them on this mission to their disastrous first flying attempt with Barty to finding out she's #1 on Merlot's hit list to the Sneasels and Rogues ambushing them in the worst way possible and finally forcing them into a battle she doesn't want...Amy flips out. All her frustration and anger boils over into a powerful Flamethrower attack that instantly KO's everyone except the few Rogues without the type weakness. She curls into a Rollout and proceeds to vent her frustration on them until Chikorita stops her, terrified at this behavior she's never seen before. In the meantime, the Sneasel's became so terrified at Amy's wrath that they ran away. Feeling terrible at how her feelings could drive her to such extreme action, Amy continues onto Sapling Village and parts ways with Rhodes, only to find that...the library is closed!

Okay, I admit it. I wasn't exactly too thrilled with the Sneasel-recruiting mission in the first place. But it was on the way to Sapling Village, so I figured I might as well give it a try. Still, with Team Pecha's lack of persuasion skills and an unwillingness to fight unnecessarily, it makes sense that they would fail. At least they didn't let the Sneasels fall into the hands of the Rogues. So yeah, this is Team Pecha's first official failure. But it makes sense here, and I think it's a perfect setup for the epicosity that is to come...
