Hehe, the other representatives' arguing might feel campy, but as for the High Commander Torona herself, it didn't feel in-character for her to actually *shout* out "Silence!" or anything like that in response. She's the kind of person who remains calm pretty much all the time, so she resorts to banging the gavel or using replacements like Space Party Horns or big holographic signs to mix things up a little.
